Well, there's the scanty clothing. Lack of attire usually gets you 30 points (out of a 100) on the Skank-O-Meter right out of the box.
There's the suggestive writhing. We'll say that's worth 20 points.
Tousled hair, no footwear and too much eye makeup point to a lack of grooming but also a certain generalized carelessness that can be interpreted as poor decision making, i.e., "I just might have a chance!" 10 points for possibilities.
They don't talk much. 10 points.
Then there's the status symbolism. Orion slave girls are a high-priced luxury that screams, "I'm better than you! Bwah hahahah!" Much more ostentatious than a BMW. 10 points.
Finally, the reputation alone is worth 20 points. Orion slave girls are supposed to be 'like animals'...ready and willing..if you have the stamina and determination to keep up with one. If you have a heart attack, well...you can put "f****d to death" on your grave marker.

And it's not just because they are "like animals." In their most recent STrek incarnations, they present themselves as completely willing to do "anything you want", they secrete a hormone that drives their prey toward irresistible distraction, and they can be ruthless and cunning.
The United Federation of Planet's Starfleet Training Manual advises; "When an Orion Slave Girl slinks your way, DANGER should flash in your mind; as long and as brightly as possible.
Rumor has it that there are also Orion Slave Dudes.

You do have me thinking that the "tears effect" came from an Egyptian looking feminine dignitary which the Enterprise was transporting. It is hard to be sure; it's been years since I watched ST-OS episodes.
I was thinking, that in the Captain Pike episodes they said that Orion Slave Girls had a hormonal scent. I fully confess that I maybe wrong. Guess I'm do for a memory refresh on the OS.

Their presence became a major distraction to the crew of the Enterprise due – it turned out – to the powerful pheromones which they were releasing. The gal with the tears was a pretty gal with braided hair they were transporting to another planet so she could marry some bigwig and fix their two planets warring. Of course, Kirk messed that up. LOL
