I enjoy this web site, which is informative and helpful for people with problems like allergies, gluten, and wheat. Today I needed quick muffins, so used a mix to make them for my daughter. She has multiple allergies and I make a lot of homemade food. This is one of the companies that I can buy products and know she can eat it.

The site is www.glutenfreepantty.com. There are great tips and one of them is to read labels, which is something I always do to make sure my daughter can eat it. Its great to see new products that will be available, so I can ask my store to stock them. My daughter doesn't miss out on her favorite foods, as we just use different ingredients.
