Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida

Last week we went to Fort Lauderdale beach here in Florida, and as always I took lots of photos. The boys had a blast and the beach was beautiful. We went later than usual, and the beach was very crowded, so although we found a nice little spot, I think we will stick to the early hours from now on.

Since it is thundering and raining right now, I thought I would look back on a sunny day. I'm not complaining though, as we really do need the rain.









When we started our beach walk at 11 a.m., the beach was still a bit empty, which is the way we like it.














The basketball court on the beach was a bit surprise, and next time we go, the boys will have to bring their little basketballs.





The playground was amazing, and it was very new as well.













There were a section with picnic tables and bbq grills.






When we left the beach at 1:30 pm, the beach was very crowded.




I think Fort Lauderdale Beach has just become our favorite though, and I definitely prefer it to Miami beach further South. I can't wait to go back with the boys.
