Tomorrow is the big day for Baby James!

Tomorrow is adoption court!
Pray she don't back out please
***NOTE*** This includes photo's and videos of James during our journey of saving him, adopting him, and most of having my little boy legally.

This year brings a whole new meaning to July 4th for our family.  A few weeks ago James' bio mom signed her termination and adoption papers for me to adopt him.  For all of you that don't know James was abused by her at a young age.  I am asking for all of you to pray she don't back out.  See she is bipolar and psychophrenic worse she don't and hasn't taken her medicine since she was in prison that has been over a year ago now.  Her mind can change at a drop of the hat.  This photo essay is in honor of my darling little boy, Baby James.

 
Seems like yesterday my beautiful little boy came home from the hospital.
Though he wasn't born to me, I was so proud to take this precious little boy in as my own.
With all prayers tomorrow our whole family will be dancing with joy.

You will have a legal brother and sister or as you call them "bo" and "sissy"  No idea why you call him bo but none of us mind at all.
Your name will change, and you will be named after papa.  Little note to all of you why this man is so special to us.  Nolan and Judy aren't actually related they are very very good friends.  We can call them anytime and they are there for us.  They took us in when we was homeless, they helped with James so many times.  He knows of them and always will as papa and mama.  He loves his papa so much and when papa is around no one else matters.  So after tomorrow if this goes through his name will go from "
James Michael Hutchinson"
to
"James Michael Nolan Hutchinson"
Not only will you have a mommy that loves you very very much.  I will remain your "Guardian Angel" forever
We will be that legal family once and for all!
You will legally be my son!!!

Court is 11 central time , we got to take James to grandma and papas which is about 30 min then another a hour to court from there.

I too wish you that adoption he is your son, not just a blood connection, he is your son because you are his mother, you are the one who cares for him and nurtures him and gives him everything that he needs. You are his mother and he is your child, not even a legal paper will ever change that, but I am praying that paper goes through for you and the birth mother will no longer have any legal claims on the child.

Awwww... He is adorable. Makes me miss my little girl more and more... An older lady has allegations filled in court reports and I have many court reports soon to fight to get Gracee back. She is in foster care, but is being poorly taken care of and the third visitation (supervised), she had a bottle with old crusted formula around the edges and the visitation lady got upset with me and told me "give them the benefit of the doubt." They're trying to use my past Bipolar against me - even though, I never hurt my child, they have in reports a statement I never made "I am afraid I am going to hurt her (Gracee)" and a statement saying the father wants nothing to do with the father- a lady blown it out of proportion, after I said I needed a "break" and never made any comment about hurting my child. Long story made short, it will be a case about 6-12 months. I cry every night. Please pray for Gracee's safe return home...
