Chandler wrote this story and illustrated the photo when he was 6 1/2 years old. He wrote this story for his Uncle Jasun, my brother. (Notice that one hunter is in a wheelchair - that would be my brother - because of his accident)
One day Pa and Dad and Jasun and Chandler and Stephy all went hunting for a great BIG grizzly bear. They all brought a 30 - 06 and they decided to sit in a tree and wait so they did. It was almost dark but they were not finished hunting just yet. So they decided to come out of the tree and they made a tent to sleep in for the night. The next morning they saw a BIG BIG BIG grizzly bear!!! It was probably 1450 pounds so they all pulled up their guns and BOOM BOOM BOOM! It dies and they skinned it and gutted it and took it home. It was a fun hunt.
