I took my beautiful little people out for a photoshoot in my grandparent's pasture last week. I had some rockin' ideas and we had fun, mostly. I think my children may be a bit tired of my camera? lol! Anyway, for my princess I was interested in doing a sort of secret garden shoot. I put her in a puffy dress and brought my old, scuffed chair and plopped it and her in the middle of an almost magical place. Had she been pleased with the shoot, the photos would have exceeded my expectations. She was, however, unpleased and most of my shots looked like this:

I do love this one though so it wasn't a complete loss. Plus I now know I love this location and will use it again. ;)

I was most excited to get a semi-decent photo of all four of my children. This has yet to happen and I call myself a photographer. Yikes! These were shot in full sun as there wasn't as much shade there as I had hoped but I think the results are fairly decent considering the conditions. :)

This is Gabriel and Loralei. I adore this photo. You have no idea how many times a day I hear her screaming because (gasp) Gabe is trying to give her a kiss.

My twins just turned five. I can't believe they've grown this much. Weren't they just these itty bitty tiny, just under four pound miracles that I could cradle in one arm? They're starting kindergarten this fall.

And my little Micah Man. He has got the most gorgeous eyes (just like his daddy) and always has a goobery mouth. I decided to leave the mouth mess since this is truly who he is right now and I wanted to capture that.

Well, thanks for taking the time to look at my sweet little ones. I bet you can't tell, but they are so, so loved. :)
