Your Seventeenth Prompt is "Fireworks"

Welcome all A-Muse Me members!

Remember, just as in Poetry Please, you don't have to actually use the challenge word and you can write in whatever style you please.  But do take a moment to look at the group description if you haven't already. 

Special or out of the ordinary poetic forms should at least be named when used and preferably the rules for the form should be posted with the poem

Please remember to add "A-muse Me Single Word Challenge" or just "Single Word Challenge" to either your title or tags as I will be monitoring the group.

A Rules Refresher:

The rules of this group are the same as Poetry Please with one fundamental difference. Your poem must use humor. It can be light, dark, satirical - doesn't matter as long as the poem is meant to be amusing in some way.

Your poem may be up to 40 lines long, after that I will count off points.

Again, you don't actually have to use the prompt word in your poem, but it must be clear from the context.

You may write in whatever style you wish, but please name and define those styles where appropriate.

Also, please flag your content as appropriate.

You must add "amuse me single word challenge", "single word challenge", or simply "amuse me" to your title or tags as I will be moderating the group.

Poems will be due on Sundays by 9PM EDT
