I felt like closing the gate to my soul. There was too much "nothing" polluting my space. The "nothing" contained selfishness, hate, pride, self importance and self adoration. But it also contained light which I couldn't see clearly any longer.
While in this space of solitude, my grand – grand – grand – father Aristotle found the grace and kindness to explain to me about the DIVINE SUBSTANCE the aether where all our actions and thoughts are recorded. His "Cosmology" has much substance indeed!
In the same space I met Dante who told me: "in order to reach the Paradise of the soul, you have to go first through the "Inferno and Purgatorio". Nothing is easy and nothing should be taken for granted. Great mind this Dante guy! Did it take my soul almost 700 years to understand what Alighieri did see so clearly such a long time ago? Poor me!
The "Light Bringer" ~ Lucifer~ is not that bad after all! We are all destined to fall, get up and walk again. The "nothing" has form and color and it is part of the whole.
What a relief!
I was watching the sun set and looking forward for the sun rise.
Puede secarse mi alma ~ but the same soul can bath itself in the light which is always there, waiting patiently for us to see and share.
This place is called Varnava and it is about 1 hour and a half ( by car) away from Athens. I have spent a week in the middle of nature with no TV, phone, PC and clock. I was in the company of a very good friend, sipping my coffee while greeting the sun rise and went to bed when my body told me to. I swam in the beautiful sea, meditated near the rocks washed by the crystal water and let the breeze hug me.
This was a gift I will treasure for ever!

Well I do continue the Saga of the received gift and add some more photos of the place I have been to. My body is in Athens but my heart and soul is still in Varnava.
This is the small pitoresque house I stayed in.
Meet Daizy, my friend's dog who looked after us while not sleeping. My friend found her into the street some years ago. Daisy was shot in the leg; she took him to the vet and then home; since then Daizy is a member of the family.
This is BooBoo, the other dog found in the street as well. She never stops eating and is always curious to know what's going around. She is lovely and the love she shows you as soon as you come back home is worth all the money in the world!

and not to mention the apricots which were delicious!
Same garden and the vineyards brought from the island of Crete where my friends comes from.

I am rich but not in the material sense ( I know you understand this), and am also blessed and feel that way.
Guess what? in the beginning of this summer I said to myself: Sh...I can't afford to have a vacation! then I meditated and simply asked the Divine Abundance to help me enjoy some time outside Athens. I was invited by 4 friends of mine who have summer houses. I already went to the wonderful place you have seen above and also in Evia which is a beautiful small island. Next week I am on my way to Crete.
Love ya and wish you good luck in the Virgin island. The name says it all: you will start a new cycle and as Chris said: your hubby will feel much better!
