1/2 cup almond paste
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 cup mini-marshmallows
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut flakes
Whipped cream, for topping
Vanilla ice cream, for servingPreheat a grill to low.
Spread almond paste evenly on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 of the marshmallows and 1/4 of the chocolate chips and 1/4 of the coconut on half of each tortilla. Roll the tortilla up and wrap in heavy-duty foil; seal tightly. Grill over low heat until heated through, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove foil and place on a plate. Garnish with fresh sweetened whipped cream or prepared whipped topping. Serve vanilla ice cream on the side.
I'm incredibly lazy when it comes to cooking, and I don't have almond paste jsut lying around in my kitchen. I decided to make a simple syrup and brush it over the tortilla and brown to make the tortilla sweet.
Simple syrup: Take a few tablespoons full of sugar and put them in a bowl. pour boiling water over it until the sugar is just covered by the water. Let the sugar dissove into the water, and voila, simple syrup.
Tip: If you can find the mini chocolate chips, these are also awesome on this, as well as changing chocolate ice cream for the vanilla.

(My boyfriend is a cop, so whenever I try out a new recipe, I take it to the precinct. It's not so much a matter of it getting eaten, that's a given, but how quickly it goes)
