Democrats Want a Green National Convention

Accordint to the website The Daily Green, the next Democratic National Convention in Denver aims to be as "green" as possible. The signs will be made of biodegradable or recycled materials and recycled afterwards. The balloons will be biodegradable, and the fanny packs are made in the U.S. by union workers out of organic material. All the food will be local, organic, and not fried.

At least they're trying to set a good example.

Won't that drive away the polution vote? :-) From what I see on the side of the road there are a lot of them.

They need to tap into all that talking energy - that hot air thing !!! And if they could just harness the energy from all that sex that will occur in the hotel rooms.

Peter, I was just imagining how much energy we would have if we could just figure out how to harness hot air from talking. That could solve global warming entirely, I bet.
