Using All The Imagination I've Got

I chuckled when she said
my writes made her moist.
Maybe antsy and a little naughty
by what those poems voiced.

When I write most times its not
only for me but for the reader.
That's why I try to create an aura
maybe a sensual scent like cedar.

They can catch you off guard
throw you for a loop, be a tease.
Driving you to read even more
till that lustful hunger is eased.

Here's what I really like
the reader gets all warm and in a mood.
Suddenly just has to find their partner
to relieve that feeling of being stewed.

That makes me so happy
even if the partner doesn't know
what caused that sudden onslaught
of sensuality to be alive and grow.

So when I become aware
another write has hit the right spot
it enlivens me to write some more
using all the imagination I've got.

I find that reading poetry is "anonymous" most times...The words bring images and thoughts to explore, react to...sometimes I reach for more. Words are used for many things, your poetry does so much. Sometimes it brings a little "lust" but it's always an awareness that you write to share and give to others...that's such a special gift. So, I just thought I take this time...to thank you for sharing this gift!

Zara, you are my kind of reader in that I read in similar ways and most times write in that way as well. Most poems I write are quite generic or as you said "anonomous" which allows the reader to form images of their own which they react to in their own way.
