Heroin is not chic.
It is not pretty... I miss you Sarah.
A maiden's beauty shall be realized
on the faithfulness captured,
encapsulated and born,
from her awakening.
Rose crowned thorns,
how to wear this crown?
Sadness descends,
love's bitter traitor.
Goodbyes are the tears,
that keeps these souls in despair.
Love is the distant shore,
most never realize.
Surrender forever to the silence,
from which we are born.
In endless agony,
sadness awaits all love,
in anxious perpetuity.
Softly sleep my maiden.

Kylee - Thank you!
On the drug subject, I found that you can't really tell what is going to be someone's "gateway drug" to their end, but as you stated, it sure as hell isn't what society believes. I chose to remove myself from that crowd also, as you did, not by peer pressure but by choice.
about this line;
A maiden's beauty shall be realized
On the faithfulness captured,
Encapsulated and born,
From her awakening."
It looks funky to me now also but at the time I thought it showed a contrast to what was really happening as opposed to what should be happening. It was an emotional statement not very well planned.
