Yesterday was the return visit to the eye specialist for my daughter. It seems there was no change in her vision. That either means the patches aren't working. Or more time is needed using them. So, the doctor has now upped the time from 2 hours a day to 4 hours a day where my daughter has to wear a patch over her good eye. On the weekend she has to put drops in her good eye. The drops are to make her good blurry. Trying to force her bad eye to work. As she is still trying compensate by moving closer or turning her head to the side to try and see out of her bad eye. I feel so bad for her. We go back in august after school has started to see if there is any change. The doctor will dilate her eyes and do a more througher examination.

Yes, my daughter is a trooper. I will say she doesn't let her vision problem slow her down one bit. She does get frustration very easily when she can't do something as easily as her brothers or friends.
