I spent my day sewing curtains, ...Here's a look. If you have ever sewn anything then you know how important it is to pin everything straight. Well don't try it on a round table. The table is lucky it did not end up in the back yard, via my foot. But I am still pleased with the results.  The purpose of the curtains was to mask an ugly set of double doors note the car  ramp coming up in the floor , is why he wanted them to hang long. I think this building must have been a garage years ago. Now it is a discount clothes store / flea market.

I have not used my sewing machine in many years.
I don't have your patience for sewing. Recently gave my sewing machine away to someone who has the skill. Looks like you accomplished what you set out to do!

Nice job, I wish my wife sewed more. I think she would if we had a room set up for it. She has a couple of machines, tons of thread, etc.; just doesn't use it anymore...

I love the curtains! Lol...pinning is always the hardest part for me. xD I suck at it, and it always ends up crooked. I imagine it would be so much harder on a round table, though...haha.

I've sewn most of our curtains by hand.....straight? not sure about that LOL Looks like you did a good job.

Today I canned tomatos, greenbeans, pears, and tomato juice, and applesauce....oh I can't wait till winter arrives so I can sew too....great job by the way...and today was supposed to be my day off...

I still have to sew the curtains (? - I mean 16ft length of a patterned sheer) that I pinned over a dowel two years ago. I kinda like changing the shapes and style. Today I took out all the pins and let in hang over the dowel all the way to the ground. It's delightfully minamalistic- to me.
