Emotions Of Life

Deep into the darkness, dark heavy stormy clouds begin to sweep through the depths of my very being.
My heart aches with such unbearable pain. It wakes the monster within, growling with worry and fear.
As it deepens fear quickly hands it over to anger. Anger bursting everywheres , like fireworks exploding. In a moment of time, a flash of saddness. Panic and anxiety suddenly without warning flows through the veins of life. Taking over, like a raging river. Pumping now even harder, harder the heart racing faster. No matter whats is in its very way, deeper, deeper it goes. Taking whatever it wants that is in the way.
Gasping, gasping for breath, drowning in depression. Emotions running wild, emotional turmoil rushes in. Your life being smothered , your life being stolen away. Stress abounds , tearing at pieces , destroying, and ripping at all .Stalking ready to pounce in a evil way. Uncontrolable feelings spinning, twirlling at one's very soul.
After a stormy time, things begin to slowly disappear one day at a time. Healing begins a ray of hope, peace and faith starts to settle in . A rainbow of tears gently ripple down upon your face . A touch of joy and happiness too, will soon follow through. Even a shot of laughter may hit you.
In this lifetime there are so many emotions, from the beginning of life its self to ones death. From time to time we have felt some sort of emotion . Not one of us can escape emotional stages of life. We shouldn't dwell on the bad , but look forward to a solution and change certain life styles that will balance life out , lessen the load make it a bit lighter. Most of all believe that all is possible and hold onto your faith, hope, and strength.
Everything in this life time there is a season and reason. One day at a time, always remember in a twinkling flash of time any thing can happen and change your emotions. I really do believe with all my heart and soul ,"Life is like a roller coaster , many ups and downs, twist and turns, fast and slow. "
