This sounds interesting...It's a rock and roll themed amusement park.
They've got rides built around the Moody Blues, Led Zepplin, and the Eagles, plus they have live shows.

There were a lot of things about the park that impressed me. I like what they've done with regard to the little touches around the park. Lots of attention to detail, evidence that they didn't go cheap on their attractions. They had a lot of people working there, and offer a wide variety of pretty high quality food. Another important but often overlooked touch is that there are a lot of bathrooms around the park. A lot of parks skimp on that kind of infrastructure. Employees were asking us almost obsessively how we liked things. Overall I got the impression that they really were committed to a high quality experience for their patrons from the start. Often new parks fall short in a lot of these areas, so it was good to see somebody really trying to do it right.
That being said, I do think they're a bit overpriced. They still are a bit thin on the number of attractions. $50 plus parking and in-park food adds up, and I think they still have to build out more to be able to price themselves at such Disney-like levels.
We were there on a June Saturday, and it was not really all that crowded. I heard that they may not have ramped up nationwide advertising yet, but their billboards are all over the local area. We did see a lot of people with season pass lanyards, perhaps they are locals. In any case, they'd better bring in bigger crowds or they'll not be a success.
