Shopping from home

I've always been an infomercial shopper. I've always loved HSN and QVC too. This weekend, I'm stuck at home recovering from my surgery and bored. I'd usually be out running errands on the weekend, or shopping, so to not be able to go out is a bit annoying. Well, lucky for me, I still have HSN and QVC to shop from. And I get points from Mypoints for both. Yesterday I was QVC shopping and today I've shopped HSN as well. I even called in yesterday to give a few on-air testimonials for some products on QVC.

 Don't worry, I'm not spending a ton of money, and I'm only buying things that I've had my eye on for a while but were either out of stock, or couldn't buy them before for whatever reason.

I'm excited because today I got a set of Debbie Meyer Green Boxes as the HSN Today's Special. Those are the boxes that keep your produce super fresh for a long time. I have the green bags and love them, and the boxes are even bigger and better, and easier to care for. And they can store bread, cakes, cookies, fruit, vegetables, etc. I tried to get them the last time they aired on HSN but were sold out before I could buy them. So, I'm excited I got a set today! And all from the comfort of my own home! YIPPEEE!!

I've used the green bags before and they work GREAT, so I'm thinking the boxes will be even better since they're easier to rinse out, they're dishwasher safe, and bigger too so I can store more in them

I've never heard of the boxes.. I don't shop QVS or HSN, but I have seen the bags and I almost bought some last time I went to Wallyworld.. They'd be great for me, because I love fresh fruits and veggies, but I don't always cook as much as I should and stuff tends to rot before I use it. LOL I'll have to check into the boxes too. :O)

I've never shopped QVC or HSN, but I do shop through other stores via the internet. And then I have even more fun when the boxes arrive and I get to see what I bought. It's almost like Christmas. :-)

I've been watching QVC, HSN, ShopNBC and JewelryTV a lot lately... and I"m normally not a fan of those channels, but with nothing worth watching on other stations, I find myself turning to the home shopping ones. I didn't buy anything yet from the shows, but I did go to QVC.com the other day and ordered a really cool photo printer. I've been wanting to get one for awhile now and they had one that was really neat with great features.

Very cool. Sounds like the recovery is going well if you're shopping. :) I love both HSN and QVC but had to stop watching both of them as I would buy everything I saw. I check stuff out online if I'm looking for something specific, but watching them promote something for an hour would make me want it more (which is exactly why they do so well). Good luck with the rest of your recovery and enjoy your new stuff.

We bought some of those boxes for my mom for mother's day, and she LOVES them! I'm sure you will, too! We are going to get some of the bags soon. We just don't really have room for the boxes.

I have a friend who is addicted to QVG and HSN. We got boxes from her when we moved, so I'm sure the neighbors think I have the addiction. My kids will both watch them for hours and hours!
