My kids bring me so much joy every single day! Even though the days can be frustrating with toddlers and sometimes make you want to pull your hair out, every so often you see get to enjoy those precious moments that make your heart happy. The other night I watched them play together and I heard giggles and squeals and I caught it all on camera!
Here they are dancing together!
Then my daughter decided to be an airplane for a while!
I always try to get a nice shot of them together. Usually one of them is not ready to sit still for a photo. That night it was baby brother. He did not want this picture taken.
They have a language all of there own. They make each other laugh and I don't even know what they are talking about half the time.
It is in these moments that I forget about the rail road tracks drawn in black marker across the kitchen floor, I forget about all the sleepless nights, I forget about when they are making huge messes and never helping clean them up, I forget about the puke and the tantrums, I forget about the fact that my life will never be the same again.
The truth is, I wouldn't want my life to be any other way!! I will take all the trials and frustrations any day, just to have a few moments like this.

You have beautiful children. I loved your photo essay. I miss having kids at home. You are so correct, they can bring you happiness EVERY Day of your life. Kids are so precious. Enjoy them.

This made me remember some moments from my own kids lives, when they were small. I have a picture around here somewhere of two of them playing in the pots and pans cupboard, which they'd emptied on the floor. I'll have to look for that one and post it.
