Heidi is dead...

My precious Heidi is dead.I found her Wed.Eve, when I got home from seeing my husband at the hospital.She was laying half way under my bed.It was horrible!!!,I picked her up and rocked her for about an hour,meanwhile crying my eyes out.Heidi would have been 11 yrs old July 8th.She was my baby,I feel like I've lost a child.

Ann I am so sorry, I got your note, tried to call you but always busy. I know you are sad . My Beagle Sugar was killed by an evil person and she was 13 years old. She was Tracy,s 5 year old Christmas present. She was so sweet and considerate.
I am so sorry about Heidi, I know it hurts, they become family.

What a beautiful baby. I'm so sorry this happened.. it is like losing a child. Love is love, it doesn't matter if it's a furbaby..love is the same. I'm sorry for your loss.

I never really understood feeling the loss of an animal until my German Shepherd had to be put down. A light bulb came on all of a sudden. I'm sorry for your loss, even if I don't know you.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know very well that they become family very quickly & make their way into our hearts. Just like a child.
We lost a cat of ours to feline luekemia and it was horrible to have to put him down.

So sorry about your precious pet. I lost my pets in a house fire. I cried for days. They were so sweet and smart, too. Another pet cannot replace your loss but think of it this way, going to a shelter and getting a knew one will only honor the one you lost. There are literally millions of unwanted pets due to ignorant people not taking care of their pets business...give one a home, you will be blessed.

I have another dog,but she will never take Heidi's place.Heidi was extremely intelligent.

So sorry. What a time to lose her. I know what it is like to lose a pet. It takes time to get over it. I still cry when I see pictures of my scottie - Krackers. It's been 22 years and I still get weepy.
