Mind Eraser

2 oz	Vodka
2 oz	Kahlua
2 oz	Club Soda

In a glass on the rocks, pour in this order: Vodka, Kahlua and Club Soda. As you're pouring, to get a better effect of this drink, make sure you pour slow and at an angle to the glass tilted. This will allow the Club Soda and Vodka to seperate and make the Kahlua stay in the middle.

Today's appetizer is a cottage cheese dip. You add raisins and cinnamon to your cottage cheese, mix well and either dip chips or apple slices.

Just add the club soda to my vodka and add a twist of lemon and lime.

Kahlua is the best but I dislike vodka.

And I don't care for much cinnamon and I hate raisins. So I'll just slice up the apple and mix it right in the cottage cheese. Maybe add some cheddar and walnuts too just for grins.
