These sandwiches are so easy to make and really do give a little twist to the chicken sandwich!
I received this recipe from a friend online and she credits ALAN'S KITCHEN with the original version.
I've made some changes of my own.

- Top with breast tenderloins, cheese and onions.
- Serve open-faced.
- Add mustard, ketchup and pickle relish to taste.

I would replace them with tomatoes, yum!

U wishing you laughter
Give it a try... it rocks!
I make it in the summertime too using grilled chicken and the condiments. I use a beanless can of turkey chili for a lower fat content.
