This is a story about the one little hot dog that got around on Father's Day.
It all started with 8 year old Ivy, related by marriage to me.

The family had all went to my grandparents house for Father's Day. Ivy came out with a plate of food and sat down outside.
Her little 18 month old sister, Shayla was sitting in a chair next to her.

Shayla was apparently hungry and Ivy held out a hot dog to her sister. Shayla didn't move to take it with her hand but kind of leaned forward with her mouth open. Ivy popped the hot dog right into her mouth.
Instead of eating it, Shayla kind of sucked on it and left it hanging out of her mouth.

My 3 year old son, Cole had been standing with his own plate of food.

He saw Shayla with the hot dog sticking out of her mouth and the temptation was to strong to him. He went over, took the hot dog out of her mouth, took a little bite and stuck it back in her mouth.

Shayla sat with the hot dog for another minute or two, sticking out of her mouth. Finally she took it out and set it on the table and put it in front of her. I don't know what happened to it after that but the hot dog's adventure probably ended in Rosie the dog's tummy.
