After that fabulous Father's Day feast yesterday, I thought we would eat a little lighter this morning...
There is lots of fresh fruit and yogurt.... Just ask if you want eggs and steak or ham... Here are some fresh biscuits... need a little butter or some local honey? Of course there is gravy.... help yourself...
Boscuits and gravy... yummmmmm and a little fruit.... hmm and some yogurt.. just a bit... and some coffee... I'm set.... OH.. could you pass that pitcher of fresh squeezed orange juice????

I am as red as a lobster. My arms and knees ache... got a little too much sun on Saturday. Eric had soccer all day and ended up getting his trophy at the end! Boy was he happy!

It is so good and really a treat.... it seems we had a good bit of lobster left from yesterday and this is a really elegant way to use it... For those wanting something less rich and formal... there are lobster rolls..... and lobster cocktail....yummm
Of course you can order whatever you want from our usual menu... but this is a very nice special of the day....
I am very fond of puff pastry and as long as we were making it for the lobster.... we made a little extra for some dessert pastries... we have cherries in brandy sauce and fresh peaches in brandy sauce served in puff pastry with a nice whipped cream on top... try them both... the brandy sauce is delightful with the fruit and pastry.... not too sweet....

Does that make sense? It is really hard because if we type the real thing.... it disappears...... if the letter x is a bracket this is what I have been doing....
