On my way to the Georgia Geocachers 7th Anniversary GeoOlympics event today my roommate and I found several caches. This particular one seemed like a good one to showcase since it was a pretty area and also a non-micro cache container.
The links to various video segments are linked within this article. They will launch in a new browser window, so click on each as you read.
Apparently, this cache is a much shorter walk during the work week when the county worker gates are open. On the weekends they are locked and a quarter mile walk around the small lake is required. Across the lake from where we parked, I noticed a Blue Heron hanging out in the water. There were a few turtles hanging out with him.

This video shows a zoomed in pan of across the lake from where we parked and the general area where the cache is hidden (I shot it as an afterthought, but it would actually be the first sequence in this cache hunt)
Once we reached the other side of the lake, I shot this video clip as we neared where the cache was hidden. It sort of gives you a feel for what looking for a cache consists of, even though we found this one relatively quickly in comparison to some past hunts.
Here's another short clip of the cache and its contents. I picked up the Garfield travel bug to move along to another cache.
There were a lot of ducks (video 1) and Canadian Geese (video 2) on this small lake. I think they're used to being fed because these two came up to within 20 feet of me while I was signing the cache log.
I left a few trinkets here and we put the cache back as found once we were finished. I then shot this panning clip of the scenery from the cache site itself.
We then walked back around the lake to our car and headed on towards the event.

Hope you enjoyed finding this geocache and that the video gave this article a more personal feel.
