So I'll jazz up the tomato juice with the herbs and drink it down while I wait for you all to get creative!
Thanks all!
2. fresh green beans
3. toasted hazelnuts
4. Italian blend seasoning
5. tomato juice
Extra ingredients: Worcestershire sauce, Vodka, salad
I would cover the pork tenderloin with the Worcestershire sauce and then italian seasoning and a few of the toasted hazelnuts that have been crushed. I would steam the green beans with butter, then add more of the hazelnuts to that after they are done.
As for the tomato juice, I would add the vodka and Worcestershire sauce, and make a Bloody Mary to enjoy until the pork tenderloin is done.
okay here goes nothing....
marinate pork tenderloin in tomato juice and herb blend over night
grind some of the hazelnuts and fresh pepper and salt..and blend in some of the herb seasoning
remove tenderloin from marinade shake off excess moisture and roll in hazelnut herb blend and roast in oven till 155 internal temp
clean and cook fresh green beans till softened but still firm in salted water...remove green beans to cool and add the orzo to the salted water and boil according to directions....
chop green beans into about one inch pieces
chop hazelnuts
half or quarter grapes
toos room temperature orzo with:
grenbean peices, hazelnut pieces, and grape peices and gorgonzala crumbled
serve with thinly sliced hazelnut roasted pork
Lou? You had me at the orzo and gorgonzola...
extras: dried cranberries, fresh garlic, wild rice blend
Roll pork in a finely chopped mixture of nuts, a pinch of seasoning, salt and pepper and minced cranberries.
Cook rice according to package. Toss with oil, cranberry and toasted nuts.
Begin simmering juice, salt and pepper and seasoning til reduced in half. Add green beans and cook another 10 minutes or so.
Serve sliced pork with pilaf and green beans. Garnish with additional nuts and seasoning.
