It seems the seller and I have finally come to an agreement.  Next Wed she will be back from vacation and we will sign the sales agreement and send the packet to Curves International.  From there it takes 20-30 days to be approved by Curves.  I should own it by Mid-July it looks like.  Whoo hoo!!!  I am so excited and can't wait till I work out everyday!!!  It will force me to get in better shape just by being there.

BTW - I have everything I need to start a workout program that used to do well for me, but now just need to find the time... working out is so good for women - improves bone density, and ups their setpoint so they can lose weight more easily! It will be so neat to be in a business where you can share that gift with so many...
