If you are referring to the "Help Me Help You" group (with 5 members), you have two options.
a) Remove the 4 other members from the group and change the group's access rights to 'private'. This will take you less a minute and will eliminate the group from all group listings and search. No one will ever see your group except you.
This is preferable to having Gather delete your group in this case because it prevents other members from taking over the name at some point down the road (the name is released once Gather deletes it). Since your two group names are so similar, having another group owned by another member could be confusing to members and reduce the effectiveness of promoting your group.
b) Contact Gather using the Member Support form and request that your group be deleted. Be certain to provide them with the groupname for the group (xxxxxx.gather.com).
