Progress

With sadness in her eyes

Looking ever so shy

Shoulders hunched forward

A voice not heard

No hint of a smile

Bottled up anger

No patience at all

Hiding inside

Fighting to be seen

To be heard

Through the maze

Making better choices

Getting more points

A glorious personality can be seen

She has come to succeed

With a twinkle in her eye

Head held high

A voice that is heard

Smiling along the way

As she is ready to leave
