I've never heard of this, Carlos. What was the show about tonight?

Tonights show was about a private investigator who kills a guy while working as a cop. Then 15 years later is hired by the guys sister (he doesn't know that) to stake out her house in an effort to get evidence of her husbands infidelity. Except the house from which he is doing his stake out is haunted and all the people he ever did harm to/killed start playing with his mind...Im pretty lame at explaining things lol.

I don't watch much on TV except the news.

I watched most of the episodes of this show...it was REALLY hit and miss. The one with Remar (the show with PI working out his issues Carlos P. referred to) was emblematic of the bad ones).

Some good ones:

- a show about a bride who is passed a note just before her wedding with a terrible secret about...someone.

- A zombie uprising (I know, ho-hum) with an interesting point of view;

- "Skin and Bones" - A rancher lost in the hills for weeks who comes back emaciated and hungry...but kinda picky about what he wants to eat.

They were interesting but tended to be really big on setup and small on payoff - they frequently just ended, usually at a critical moment.

Anthology horror has been the dream of network television since Rod Serling took everyone to writing school and you see about 1 of these per year. This one - eh. Don't know if it will be back; it wasn't the crud-fest that was "Masters of Science Fiction" but it wasn't really what you'd call good.
