Every once in a while, you just have to take a break, and enjoy the benefits of what you work with!
In the last bakery I ran , when it came time to put ganache together, we would throw in an extra cup or two of heavy cream when boiling.
I would send one of the crew out to brew a good strong pot of JOE, gather some cups, and when the heavy cream was ready, I'd call break and the whole crew enjoyed lattes!
With fresh cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans, candied orange peel, and simple ganache.....hanging around....
Well we just made the best of it!
Easy Ganache
2 cups heavy cream brought to a boil
stir in
2 cups fabulous chocolate pieces
Thinner? Use more cream.
Thicker? Use more chocolate!
Light and fluffy? After it sets, whip it!
Flavored? Add you flavor or liquor to the cream while heating, before you add the chocolate!

I want a snack now.
I worked at a bakery several years ago and always loved the "perks" of so many goodies so near. I was glad the job was just a temporary one or I would have been in trouble with my weight.
And it's pretty obvious you have one jealous troll!
I followed shannons three bean post to endup posting this....
you know...ya gatta have fun when you work this hard.....
