What to do if all your feedback tells you that you have a 'failed experience'. If you respond appropriately you can then keep moving forward:
1. Acknowledge that you did the best you could with the awareness, knowledge and skills that you had at the time.
2. Acknowledge that you survived and can absolutely cope with all of the consequenses or results.
3. Write down anything you learned from it. Read it often and make a new list of "The Ways to Do It Better Next Time".
4. Clean up any messes and include any apologies or regrets that are due. Do not try to hide the failure.
5. Take time to review your successes. It's important to remember that you have had more successes than failures. You've done more things right than wrong.
6. Regroup. Spend time with positive people that will help reaffirm your worth.
7. Refocus your vision. Keep moving forward toward your dreams. Dust yourself off and get right back to your dreams.

I've always said that successful people aren't afraid to fail.
No one gets everything right all the time.
