Another Before & After (Mini Photo Essay)

I planted this flower pot with four items on May 5th.

Look at the comparison photos below and see how much this has grown. I'm still in shock when I look at it. Yes those little white flowers are still there and alive, but they are being overpowered by the other three items in the pot.

The second shot was taken earlier today.

Crazy growth, huh?

Very pretty! I forget the name of the silver plant but it should keep coming back. I use to have some of it. I am not sure of the other plants but I think they come back too. You might want to check into getting a second pot......LOL! I am envious!

That is pretty cool though. The plants at my house have been growing crazy like too. I need to take a picture of my tomatoes plants and show them off now. They got big. So have my Zinnias.

The potting soil is miracle grow, but other than giving them a dose of that in their very first watering, I do nothing except water every other day when we have no rain. Otherwise they would burn up in the pots.

Dusty miller is the silvery plant. I thought that was an annual and doesn't come back. I use it as an accent and also to keep the bunnies away.

Amanda, I live outsdie of 285, but even in town many people have yards. It's one of the things that drew me to this area all those years ago. New York and Philly don't hold a candle to the greenery down here, even today.
