Would like to know from all our Gather.com Members ... just why should we give you a round of

I don't deserve a round of applause, but I did go through with my colonoscopy today that I have been putting off for years. I have a family history of colon cancer..in my family..but I didn't want to know if I had cancer so I put it off.. but then my doc said that having the colonoscopy will screen me to prevent cancer. I had it and there were 2 polyps that were removed and sent to pathology.. he said he knew they were not cancerous, but they could be precancerous.. so off to pathology they went. I am glad that I did take care of my health to have this done.
