Which Rides Are For You? (a Hershey Park photo essay)

I'm up for riding almost every ammusement park ride.
I like Roller coasters,








 water rides,








carousels,








and carnival rides.








Although, this week I tried the Falcon and it made me sick.  I don't think that one's for me.














So which rides are for you?

No question, roller coasters are my favorite. Wood over steel in general, though I like both.

I like water rides that don't aim to get you drenched. Log flumes are among my favorites, but I do like the increasingly rare "Old Mill" style too.

I don't care much for spinning any more, but sometimes I see one that I feel I have to try just to see what it's like.

Scenic rides such as trains can be a good way to relax in the middle of a day when lines are long. Some parks (such as Busch Gardens) have scenic boats or safari-type rides.

You didn't mention dark rides. I like these if well done or at least sufficiently kitschy.

Motion simulators I can take or leave.

I dont do roller coasters, anything that goes upside down, or anything that drops you from any kind of height LOL I like ferris wheels, tilt-a-whirls, the Matterhorn and Flying Bobs, those flying swings, the pirate boat...although I do love things like the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, even though that has that huge drop LOL

Actually the water ride you posted is my favorite ride of all at Hershey! Though I haven't experienced a lot of the new water stuff they have there. It's been a few years since I was there during the summer. We like to go to Christmas in Hershey the best!
