Fish for dinner... A mini photo essay

Last night, we ate them for dinner and I can say that they were mighty tasty!  Plus, it was the first time that I had ever cooked fish.  My brother or my dad have always cooked them in the past, so I was a bit nervous on how they were going to taste.  I followed my brother's directions and it was a success.  The kids ate every bite and then asked for more!

I gave up on fishing, never catch anything big enough to eat, the one's I catch are just a little bigger than the guppies we have in our fish tanks.

I love pan fish, but I filet them, I couldn't eat them if I saw the tail like that. :)
