He's going to be mine!!!! Best news regarding Baby James

I am so excited I just can't believe this.  We have had all kinds of problems with James' egg donor calling breaking order of protection (won't even get into what she wanted but it wasn't James).  All complaints are sitting on the states of attorney's desk waiting on him to issue a warrant.  Well, finally yesterday Eric let her know we are very much in love and her and him is the past.  He finally asked her to sign away her rights and sign adoption papers.  After me talking to her and trust me it wasn't real nice, as well as me letting her know that I now have a full investigation from DCFS she agreed to sign.  We are giving her one last visit supervised with the states of attorney, me and Eric.  I am not thrilled about it but I did let her know if she yells one time, confuses James by referring to her as mom then we leave.  The states attorney as well let her know by phone that she won't be arrested for this last visit.  So as of tomorrow the papers will be signed!  If we can come up with the $65 filing fees by tomorrow then we will go in front of the judge tomorrow to make all finished!  I can't believe how this has turned out I am just praying nothing happens from now till tomorrow.  I have been so nervous I have been nausea.  Eric has been in ER last night I know its nerves they thought it was a blood clot at first but they can't find nothing we are wondering if its anxiety.  At any James is going to finally be my baby legally.  This is the best thing that could ever happen to me.  Thank you all for the prayers and support you don't know how much I appreciate you all.  Here I thought it was going to be so bad since she is out of prison but maybe it won't be now.  I am sure she won't ever give up on the harrassment but at any case I will be able to keep this little boy safe and mine.
