1 1/2 pound washed fresh green beans, blanched till soft snap
1 can chick peas drained and rinsed
1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 medium onion peeled and chopped
8 ounces olive oil vinegarette
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons seasoned vinegar
other seasonings to taste
Combine all the above ingredients and chill for 24 hours
From garden to table.

ya know...
ROFL...it really is all about beans right now....but I am trying to be patient with the squash and maters....they reallya re taking their time...
but my cucumbers flowered today.....
I better go buy that canner...soon...
any rice, red, or balsamic vinegar ( I have balsamic) olive oil( I like more vinegar than oil....andyou know me I like sweet..so sugar.... garlic, salt, your favorite seasonings....fresh herbs will do....and lemon peel
