Or do you tuff it out? We really should feel good and hungry a couple of times of day. Our body makes us think we need food a lot more than we really do (if we are eating healthy). You aren't feeding your stomach, after all, you're feeding your blood.
But stomach pangs can be PAINFUL. Do you endure it? Do you think you HAVE to eat, then? Do you have tricks to get by those times of day?
