We are hearing about the floods all over NATIONAL News. We have now learned that THIRTY counties are evacuated. If there's any more rain (there's rain forcasted for 3 days this week) more will probably be evacuated.
Homes in multiple counties have been washed away. Some homes along the road I shot my videos on and took photos on.
The road the video and a lot of the photos were shot on (sky shots and flooded fields) is OUT. There's a GIANT HOLE where the road was. We were ON that road.
Wow. This really hits home... we were luckier than we even thought last night.
We are sitting tight hoping we don't flood again and have to evacuate. Things are fine here Clint said but his mom has 3 routes closed to get home from work. She may or may not get back home... we don't know.
This kind of thing just doesn't happen here... I'm shocked and astounded.

We have a 30% change of storms today & tonight and a 60% change tomorrow and tomorrow night. I hope it rains a lot here. We need it badly.
