Last year when I took my cat for her annual check-up, the blood tests results said she had the start of kidney disease. She is 18 years old so I didn't expect the results to be perfect. Her hair started to get knots and become matted, I read online that has to do with kidney disease. This is what her hair looked like with all the knots.
