another smokey day for my lungs today,,, yiipy skippy I tell ya... my throat is actually bothering me from it this time..

And to top it all off they say now it will prolly be all summer before they can get the fires under-control in the state.. awesome I tell ya. I know they are doing the best they can ,but people are  getting sick from all of this,I think they should help pay peoples dr bills but We all know that aint gonna happen....

take good care of yourself. Use a paper mask if you are outside and be sure to do your breathing exercises to clear your lungs. Take 3 deep breaths and then cough hard 3 times.

Thanks Karen,I know your a nurse so Ill take that advise to heart.and Diana the fires are in tyrell county and hyde county about 2 hours north of us,but because the wind shift we are getting alot of the effects and if you think about it we are only across the water from them ...
