Even after Kyleigh out-grew her infant car seat, we still kept it in the living room as a toy. Kyleigh liked to climb in there like sitting in a rocking chair.
As part of the house cleaning/organizing effort, we are finally giving it up. I posted an ad on Craig's List today to see if anyone would be interested in buying it. If not, it will go to Freecycle or donation.
This is a picture of Kyleigh in the car seat when she was one week old.

This is when she was 16 months old (taken last month).

Time flies!

It is hard to get someone to take a carseat of any kind. I could not find a single place that would take mine as a donation, so I ended up putting it into the trash. It was sad, because it was a top of the line one, in almost new shape after two babies, never in a car accident, clean, well keep, all paperwork still with it, ect. So I hope you have better luck then I did when it comes to getting someone to take it off your hands.
Sending a 10 your way for triple points week....
