Massage, Bath or Body Oil
One four ounce bottle, with a disc cap.
Essential oil or oils of choice.
Liquid Shea (for bath or Body Oil)
Fractionated Coconut Oil (for Massage Oil)
Take your bottle and fill almost to the top with one of the two oils at the top. (liquid shea or fractionated coconut oil)
The reason I am saying fractionated coconut oil for a massage, is that it's the oil that doesn't and won't leave stains on sheets, massage towels, etc's.
Add in a *few* drops, a little at a time, of a favorite essential oil (ex. lavender, chamomile, rose, clary sage, vetiver, patchouli, or another - you can also blend several)
Avoid peppermint if this is for relaxation as this oil will tend to keep you awake.
Shake. Sniff. If this is the scent you want or even very close to it, remember that in a bath oil, it'll be diluted and will also seem to surround you. Same with a massage oil as it's all-over or body oil.
Cap and label.
If using as a massage oil, it's best to let the bottle sit prior to use in a fairly warm, (not burning hot) pan of water to nicely warm the oil.
Makes a great gift or to add to an already existing gift basket. Enjoy, this one's easy!
