Interesting Things About me #21-30

21. I also collect snow globes, I have close to 250 now. I only collect the glass ones, not the little plastic ones.

22. I do not eat red M&M's. Everyone thinks I am being nice when I give them away, but they taste different. I also have not had M&Ms since they got rid of the light brown ones. Those were my favorite.

23. I feel I have a connection to Thor, and love reading his comics. Since the Vikings settled where I was born in Norway, I can see the runes that they wrote and think somehow Thor is speaking to me.

24. My whole family is cops. My uncle, my god father, my cousin, and now my boyfriend.

25. I am 25 years old. My birthday is June 20th and I really don't want to turn 26. Not sure how that's so much older than 25, but it seems that way.

26. I have no idea what my natural hair color is. I have recently died it the shade of brunette I think it is and I'm going to let it grow out. I used to have blond hair, but it started to change when I got to be 18 or so. I kept dying it from that point on(until last week).

27. I love cooking different foods, but my favorite is desserts and have a part time business making wedding cakes and desserts for special events.

28. I was taught by Marcel Desaulniers. He is the head pastry chef at the Trellis restaurant in Williamsburg, Va. He was taught my Julia Child. Look him up, just the dessert pictures alone will make you gain 10 pounds.

29. I worked at a chocolate shop in high school and college. For the Love of Chocolate sells more different brands of truffles, chocolate and international candies than anywhere on the East Coast. If you're ever in Richmond, stop by and take it in.

30. I do not go down to the river like so many people my age do. They have huge rocks along the banks of the James River here, and people go out and tan and enjoy the river. I do not, and will not do this.
