Thanks you have some great movies listed, I'll have to watch some of these. I have read the book actually, I've known about Nicholas Sparks for a long time. He was actually doing a book signing for The Notbook in Charleston, SC when I was there visiting and got to hear him read the book, then get my copied signed. Not sure if that has something to do with why I like the movie so much, but probably at least a little.

I love Out of Africa. If you love that movie, Check out The Power of One, its about apartheid and freedom in South Africa during world war 2. Also an awesome book by the way. Morgan Freeman is in the movie though, and when has he ever let us down?
