Don't have any school aged kids (well, my step-daugher - she might visit more - probably not since her mother hates her coming here). But the neighborhood will be full of kids now. My doggies will be barking all day. :-)

School's been out for 2 weeks here. I'm so glad. I work overnight and live across the street from an elementary school. The screaming kids don't usually wake me up. It's usually the kids' parents who lay on their horns to get the kids' attention rather than get their lazy butts outta the car, walk over there, and get their kids.

My daughter has been out since the 30th. So far she has spent the past 5 days at her aunts house. She came home last night and is being pretty good. :)

Tomorrow we are planning on going to the park (except she doesn't know that yet) and hanging out.

I used to love it when the kids were out of school. We could sleep in, and go for ice cream in the middle of the day...we had a ball. Those days pass too quickly.
