I tried to come on the computer after I got home from the movies, I turned it on and could only sit about and hour. Between the slowness and the pain in my legs I just gave up. I went to stand up and my left leg was swollen again. My ankle was tight and throbbing, so was my knee. So I went downstairs let the dogs out and came back got in bed and tried to position myself to lessen the discomfort.
I am laying there about 15 minutes, then I got a jolt! I felt someone push into my back, as if someone was tapping me. I just thought to myself you got to be kidding, why are you bothering me tonite! It wasn't any violent push...it was a tap. It did startle me for a second. I sat up quickly.
I think at times the entity in my house knows when I feel bad and lets me know that they are here. Once when I was in extreme pain I heard a male voice asking me if it hurts and am I ok.( It was not my husband-he sleeps on a lower floor)lol..that same voice also told me once I don't need my wedding ring and when I awoke it was gone.
Now am I hundred percent sure it was the entity...no. Did I move somehow and got that effect, well I did try to recreate the feeling...but I couldn't. The tapping was forceful, not like a blanket falling on you. Or pillow repositioning itself.

As for the wedding ring, that was about 6 years ago....I have never seen it again.
I have no idea if the ghost knows Reiki, but if this one is who I think it could be...he was into spells and rituals(he was portuguese-but born in Brazil- he used to make offerings to an Indian statue)
In my house we have more than one, a woman has been seen, a man with a hat and I am almost certain my ex -who died on the tracks next to my house. It is mostly a male apparition that has been reported.

Sue, I have been in the house for 20 years (this week) you kinda get used to stuff happening and none has ever really been bad. When I first moved in here, I used to pack the kids up and sleep in the supermarket's parking lot.
I am actually quite interested on what your views of what happens to us after death are. Do you think everyone just hangs out here on Earth? Do you buy that "heaven and hell" theory? I was trying not to turn this into a religious question but I guess it's hard to leave religion out when you get into this type of thing. Also, if you believe only some entities stay on Earth, where do the others go and how are the ones that stay determined? Sorry for all the questions, but the paranormal really interests me a lot and I guess I just don't buy the normal explanations of what happens after death being so clear cut as you go to heaven or hell and that's it.

Sheli...me and my husband have not slept in the same room for 15 years. We have two entirely different sleep patterns. Also with my leg problems , I cannot share a bed. If someone even moves it affect the sensations in my legs. ..and they are horrible sensations.

I felt cold hands trying to tuck me in bed.
I smelled great food cooking like blueberry pancakes and peanut butter cookies.
I don't believe there is a threating presence where I live but they do let me know that they are there.
