FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
HILLARY CLINTON SUPPORTERS GO THIRD PARTY
Loyal Hillary Clinton voters reject Obama and the DNC
Philadelphia, PA -- June 3, 2008 - The New American Independent Party announced
today that they are seeing a record number of new members. New membership numbers are up an amazing 400% over the past three weeks.
Many of these new members are urging Hillary Clinton to leave the Democratic Party and run as a third party candidate on the New American Independent Party ticket. These new members are outraged at the DNC and the media for trying to push Hillary Clinton out of the Democratic Primary race. Others just want someone to vote for in November that isn't named Barack Obama or John McCain. As a lifelong Democrat and volunteer for the Hillary Clinton campaign, "I'm done with the Democratic Party!" said April Benson of New York City. "The Democratic Party has hand picked someone who is largely unknown to be the nominee. I don't trust him. What happened to picking an experienced and qualified candidate? I didn't leave the Democratic Party, the Democratic Party pushed me away." she says.
This evening, New American Independent Party founder and National Chairman Michael
Thompson said, "We welcome Hillary Clinton supporters with open arms. Hillary Clinton supporters have embraced our common sense platform and pragmatic approach to problem solving. They have found that they have much more in common with the New American Independent Party than they do with Barack Obama. The American people want real solutions, not false hope. This is an exciting time for us. Our newly increased membership will allow us to better build and grow the New American Independent Party, recruit citizen candidates and register new voters. We welcome our new members to actively seek leadership roles within our party and help us field citizen candidates to challenge not only Obama, but also elected Obama super delegates. We encourage their draft campaign."
The New American Independent Party, a grassroots Independent political party is
seeking sustainable solutions and a more self-reliant America. For more on the New

If that happens it will split the Democratic party and give McCain the victory.
Well with him at least we know what to expect.
Now if Ron Paul would go 3d party it would split the Republicans.
Then we would have both fractured and once everything got put back together we might wind up with two parties that actually give a darn about America.
I'm a dem and I ain't voting for Obama
WHY HILLARY LOST
Sandy hurry and go see the Golden Compass...it will show you the light.

What a crock of political rhetoric. Everything indicates that the popular votes are what selected Barack as the Democratic Party's nominee.
Hillary has been the candidate urging Democratic delegates to not feel constrained by popular vote results.
I agree with Lori F.'s sarcasm... What a way to unite your party.
In the end it is not about not liking or resenting a candidate, but not agreeing with their platform.
Being an independent means not being affiliated with any party. I am a registered
Independent . In the space on my voter registration card marked Party, it is filled in as
NPA. That stands for NO Party Affiliation.
If this this New Independent Party accepts Hillary Clinton as its nominee for president, it is nothing but a partial Democratic Party catering to Hillary Clinton Democrats. If it's willing to accept the policies of Hillary, it is Democrat, period and nominating here, at this point will probably seal the election for McCain giving us another disastrous for years of Bush policies.
True Independents follow what's written on their voter registration cards and have no affiliation to ANY party. If I vote for anyone in November, it'll be Lou Dobbs, whether he's running or not. At least I'll know I voted for a man of the people (the American people ie.), and not somebody pandering to Corporate America, and socioethnic groups in cahoots with Corporate America, most notably La Raza.

The New American Independent Party is neither an independent body or the standard political party. We are a bit of a hybrid. We don't call ourselves independent. We are more like a team or a movement.
We generally recruit independent candidates, not from within the party. That way we get new ideas and new energy. These independent candidates do need to share many of our basic platform views. We do differ with both the Republican and Democratic parties on many levels. But, we also connect to many of those Reagan Democrats, now Hillary Democrats and Lou Dobbs independents that have been left behind by both major parties.
We represent all of those folks that are being forgotten. The American middle class is under assault. We are simply provide another option for folks not happy with the current choices. You don't have a problem with giving voters another option do you?
So, we are not about to turn our backs on all of these Reagan Democrats that are finally had enough of the Democratic party. A strong effort has already begun within our party to draft a Hillary Clinton / Lou Dobbs ticket in 2012.
And if you think that this could never happen or that Lou Dobbs would not run with Hillary Clinton then you had better think again. But, 2012 is a long ways off and we could field any ticket by that time.
If we attract candidates from the two major parties then they will be expected to address many of the concerns of the NAIP. And those showning interest thus far have indeed shown a willingness to tackle our concerns. But, at the same time that will not be expected to be a puppet for the NAIP.
Pastor Sandy, I'm leaving the office and will laugh at least until I hit traffic. Please pray that I don't.
There are two options for Senator Clinton. I am an independent. While I am not a Clinton supporter, I can relate to everyone's frustration in her not winning the nomination. I don't feel that taking that anger out by voting for McCain is going to resolve this either. McCain is only going to prolong the war in Iraq and continue us on the same horrible path that Bush has had us on for the past 8 years. I am not voting for Nader because I feel that my vote would be wasted and his candidacy is not very viable. Senator Clinton may be asked to be on Obama's ticket as his running mate, which I feel in my own opinion is a far better option than having McCain as President. I feel that the only way that McCain can be defeated in November is for Senator Clinton to be Senator Obama's running mate. November is going to be a very tough battle for the candidates of both parties. I still feel that there is still a lot of wrongful bigotry and prejudice in this country, and at the same time, is that going to create another four years of another bush type presidency? I know that it doesn't really give the best silver lining to Senator Clinton's supporters right now, but the only way at this point to beat McCain is for the Democratic Party to really come together and find peace and work together. If there is divide in the Democratic Party, and bitterness continues, and people out of anger vote for McCain, this country will continue to have the same problems it has been having in recent years. I would rather vote for Obama than put another bush in the white house who said that he would have no problems extending the war in iraq for another 100 years if he had to.
Oops, forgot again.
You had a difficult time deciding what the pronoun modified so let's take a look at that again.
"Pastor, Sandy, I'm leaving the office and will laugh at least until I hit traffic. Please pray that I don't." Your response:
"**That you don't what, leave the office, laugh or hit traffic?**"
Let's make this example come alive for ya.
"Pastor, I'm escaping from prison and will be laughing until I get caught. Please pray that I don't."
Is the writer asking the pastor to pray
A. that he doesn't escape from prison?
B. that he won't laugh?
C. That he doesn't get caught?
D. None of the above (I've given you a 4th choice which, in your case, is the promised extra GUESS)
I hope that people do see that reality, I am an Obama supporter, but I don't think there should be such a divide among the democrats, at the end of the day, this country cannot take another GWB like presidency. it just can't. But if the democratic party cannot unify, and people continue to use their vote for hateful uneducated and IGNORANT reasons, then perhaps everyone will get what they pay for. Maybe when it goes pear shaped and J. Mcain is working hard to perfect his GWB impression, and running the country further into the ground, all those people will be smart enought to thank themselves. I hope its worth it.
