Do you consider yourself a healthy eater, or more of an "only live once" type that eats however you please? Do you tend to watch what you eat or eat whatever you're in the mood for? Are you currently on a diet plan or fitness routine? Any tips, advice or motivation to share with others?
I personally try to eat healthy but I know there's some bigtime temptations out there in the way of food! :)
Feel free to share your tips, motivation or views on healthy eating or eating in general here...

I eat low salt, low fat, no preservatives, etc.
But I do breakdown now & then, gotta have junk food! ;-)
I eat my protein first, then fruits & veggies & then if I am still hungry - starch.
Of course all the bad foods are still a temptation & I have gained a little in the last year, but I am working on it.
want a big juicy beefburger it has to be ground round.
On whole wheat bread with a huge slice of red onion
some horseradish mustard then I am satisfied. But I do
drink hot green tea which is great antioxidants.
Whatever's cooking. (I raid the fridge alot too)
I try to eat healthy and occasionally eat foolishly.
