Vitamin B-12 is an energy booster though. You might be able to get little vials of it in a health food store. It comes in liquid form and you snort the blood red contents instead of swallowing a pill so that it doesn't have to go through your digestive system, but goes directly into your bloodstream and works much more effectively. That should do it for you, but there may be other reasons for your lethargy, so you might want to see a doctor too.

They didnt know with me for a while that i had an underactive thyroid, which made me tired and fatigued all the time even with vitamins, so then i was put on Synthroid for that. Then in late september and on it came back, but Oct 28 i figured out the problem, it wasnt just me anymore, i had someone else steeling some of my energy, and hopefully i get to pop him out next week! lol.
